Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
At ASE Exteriors, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of construction, remodeling, and contracting services, refund eligibility varies depending on the stage of the project and the materials involved.
Estimates & Consultations
All estimates and consultations provided by ASE Exteriors are free unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure scheduling, order materials, or begin project planning.
Once materials have been ordered, fabricated, or specially manufactured for a project, those costs are generally non-refundable.
Any refundable portion of a deposit will be determined based on work completed, expenses incurred, and materials purchased prior to cancellation.
Project Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice.
If work has not yet begun and no materials have been purchased, ASE Exteriors may issue a refund of any eligible deposit amount.
If work has begun, refunds will generally not be available for labor performed, materials purchased, permit costs, or other project-related expenses already incurred.
Change Orders
Approved change orders may affect project pricing, scheduling, and payment obligations. Change order payments are non-refundable once associated work has been completed.
Warranty & Corrections
ASE Exteriors stands behind the quality of its workmanship. If a customer believes work was performed incorrectly or does not meet contractual specifications, ASE Exteriors must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the issue before any refund request will be considered.
Material Returns
Custom, special-order, fabricated, or installed materials are generally non-refundable.
Any material return will be subject to manufacturer and supplier return policies.
